Disclaimer: Technically, Safeway's policy says they will double only 3 like coupons but my Safeway has never limited me. Many times Safeway's promos like this don't "work"--i.e. the coupon doesn't print out like it should. The items above are all comfirmed to work. If you get other items that are in the ad and your coupon doesn't print, or it's not for $20, talk to your cashier or customer service and they should try to make it right.

Jane Make-up Deal!
All Jane make-up is buy one, get one free through Saturday, Feb. 23. Most items are 4.00 or less. Use the coupon here: http://www.janecosmetics.com/coupons/coupon%20only.pdf to get make-up VERY cheap! Here's how it works:
Print out as many coupons as you want (one per item).
Make sure you buy an even number of items.
After you cashier gives you the total, give her the most coupons you can (without making the total go below zero). This works because you can use one coupon for each item (even the free ones!). Unless you get more expensive items, you will not be able to use as many coupons as you have items because it will make the total go below zero. Just find out the total, divide it by 2, round down and use that many coupons. (Clear as mud?) I did several transactions today and all were under $2 total out of pocket!!
Also: If you are getting mascara, get the Easy Saver booklet at the front of the store. There is a store coupon you can use for $2 off Jane mascara. (The $2 comes off the free one too and you can also use the manufacturer coupon from the link.) Use this coupon BEFORE the Jane coupons.
Disclaimer: Your cashier may not want to let you use coupons on the free items. The store will get reimbursed for the coupon but if the cashier and the manager don't allow it, just try another store!

Bertolli and Breyers
There is a coupon in the Bashas ad for FREE Breyers ice cream when you buy two Bertolli frozen dinners (they are really yummy, by the way). Use the following link to print a coupon for 2.50 off Bertolli's: http://www.bertollinightsin.com/coupon.aspx. After you print it the first time, use your browsers back button and print it twice! After all three coupons, you will spend 7.00 on 2 Bertolli meals and one Breyers ice cream. The Bertolli meals are usually amost that much for just one!

hi allison. i'm so glad to have been fwd. a link to your blog. i had to laugh at your "stockpile" as i have all the same items infesting my house-lol. after this safeway deal, i'm having to be creative with places to store things. i really have SO much stuff-it's such a great deal. you can never have too many beans and fruitsnacks-right. oh fyi-the coupon from the blinky says "do not double" and i've yet to get a cashier that doesn't fully read that-bug. i may have to come try your safeway.
Is this Syd? Or another Cummard? Thanks for pointing out that the coupon says do not double. I didn't have one in front of me (I used them all, lol!) and I didn't remember that. I guess I should add that to the disclaimer!
